My pc is not turning on until my usb is plugged out.

Maybe you have set boot USB drive as the first priority in the BIOS. You can change the boot order to have OS drive first.

You mean UNPLUG!!! Plug out is not the proper way to say unplug but they mean the same thing.

You can not boot into a folder outside of Windows. Describe what you are trying to do.

It sounds like you are trying to dual-boot with Linux, is that right?

Read the title. And said that there is nothing to boot from outside windows so thats not the case

So take the case. I plug my usb stick into the pc and until i plug it out its not working. There is nothing that could be booted from the bios etc. Only folders, images,.exe files and some unity projects.

If I understand correctly when you are in Windows 10 and the whole PC is functioning normally, the PC immediately boots into the BIOS as soon as you plug a USB stick into your case. Is this correct? Have you tried different USB sticks? You might have a faulty USB stick or faulty wires running to your case.

So one time i intalled windows 10 on a laptop and it repaired it when it was starting up. After that i think it works but what caused it?

I am glad that you have your issues all fixed after doing a clean install. It is hard to say exactly what was causing your issue, maybe just a faulty driver or some other OS error.
