Hello,
i'm looking to mount an aio 120mm watercooling for Ryzen 1600x in my ncase m1 ITX case.

What 120mm aio is actually good? Especially in quite mod?
There is no enough clearance above cpu to install Deepcool Gamer Storm Captain 120EX or id-cooling icekimo 120.

Are you sure about the 120mm AIO? I was in same dilemma with my NCASE M1(fantastic case!) for my HTPC/casual gaming build. I was looking at a 240mm, but there are only a specific few that fit. The problem with 120mm AIOs is most decent aircoolers are quieter and provide better temps. I'm running an OC'd 7600k currently in mine using a Noctua NH-U9S. Works great and relatively quiet. There are some community made lists around with AIOs that folks verified to fit, but would need to dig around the web to find.

I have used already one 120mm slot above power supply for my 1060's radiator.

There is one issue with Noctua NH-U9DL i have: he dissipate lot's of heat inside of case:| and 90mm ventilator struggle to extract it.

Here:
I borrowed 90mm aio for test, but since it have the same fans, from nh-9dl, it is the same noise:)

Still around 70-75C with x264 encoder (~95-100% cpu load) at 60% fan speed (~1000 rpm). But motherboard dropped to 40C (by almost 10 degrees) and m.2 ssd dropped by 5C.
Downside still the same, fans going above ~1100 RPM became noisy.
Fit perfectly, even easier to mount than NH.

Finally, gone for air cooling with NHL12S. A bit lower temps under stress test and much quieter thanks to 120mm vents

I made a custom air duct, so side 120mm and cpu cooler works on exchaust together. Back 90mm fun installed as intake:
