No way to tell.
ryzen is picky about ram.

Pick your motherboard and see if either ram candidate is supported.
Either on the motherboard QVL list or on the ram vendor selection app.

ryzen responds to faster ram, but I doubt that a 2x cost difference would be worth it.

And surely I didn't know that Ryzen is actually picky about RAM. I really didn't expect it at this.
