I accidentally created Windows on an isolated partition of my SSD and it keeps running out of space. Can I merge them?

Hi everyone,

Since setting up this SSD, Windows has been on its own partition and I have no idea why. Aside from the fact that everything seems to try and install there, it keeps running out of space. How can I merge the two partitions of my SSD without deleting everything? Thanks.

Solution
You have the OS on a 250GB drive.
The C partition of 51.78GB, and also an E partition of 180.61GB.
That 51GB partition is running out of space, as is to be expected.

You need to move whatever is on that E partition off to some other drive.
Delete that partition, and extend the current C partition into that space.

Also, you need to remove the F drive letter from that System partition at the beginning of that drive.

So that we're all on the same page, show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.

That makes sense. How do I "extend" the partition in Disk Management?

Once you've moved anything out of that E partition, delete that partition.
Right click on the C partition, and it should give you the option to extend into that now empty space.
