History:
I recently replaced my computer's PSU after the old one blew a capacitor. When I got it up and running with my 2 monitor setup I couldn't a signal to my monitor (prompting fears PSU had taken video card with it). However, after some troubleshooting, hooked up HDMI to primary instead of secondary monitor, and got a signal. Been working like that a couple weeks, with intermittent signal issues...

Fast forward... Still having issues with signal. e.g. this morning I started up and couldn't get signal (nothing changed since last startup). Fiddled a bit, eventually got it going with HDMI to same monitor (maybe after a restart or two?). Was on computer fine all morning. Came back this afternoon, and now I can't get a signal. Neither monitor receives signal from HDMI, and I've tried restarting a few times without luck.
Video card issues?
Please help!
