Samsung SyncMaster 226BW Not Detecting DVI

I have 3 monitors, ASUS VG248BQE, Lenovo 4:3, Samsung SyncMaster 226BW.

I can only fit 2 monitors on my desk due to small space and needs more mouse pad space, I use my Lenovo connecting to a DVI to HDMI cord with my RX 480 and I recently tried to use my Samsung but it says its not detecting any signal.

if Lenovo is disconnected then will the Samsung work?
