Triple Monitor setup on a AMD HD 7780

I have 3 22" widescreen monitors I would like to setup with a AMD HD 7870, they have limited ports so not sure if its possible or not?

Every monitor has a VGA port and then theres only one monitor with a DVI port aswell. The GPU has the following ports

2 x Mini Display Port
1 x HDMI
2 x DVI

I suspect I need a Mini Display port to VGA adapter but are the cheap ones active or not as I know you need active for 3 to work?

the spec for AMD HD 7870 has: DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI, that should support for 3 monitors.

Yes, you can use one DVI-DVI connection, one DVI-to-VGA adapter, and one DisplayPort to VGA adapter.

All DisplayPort to VGA adapters are active. Yes, the cheap ones wil work.
