Hello Everyone,
So I just finished building my gaming PC which has a 250GB ssd for OS (Windows 10 Pro) and Programs and 1TB hdd for data. My second drive wasn't showing on my PC so I went to disk management for partition. It asked me to select MBR or GPT and I don't know why I selected MBR instead of GPT. And now I see people saying it's better to go with GPT nowadays. I was wondering is it ok to leave it like that or should I convert it to GPT. If so, how would I go about it? Thanks

For any drive smaller than 2tb, there is very little difference between GPT and MBR.

MBR max hdd size is 2tb, GPT max hdd size is 18.8 million TB.

When/if you get a drive bigger than 2tb, I would use GPT then.

I would just leave it for now :)
