Profile pictures broken?

Hi. I can't set my profile picture on here. When I go to the page to set it I get error 500 and my profile picture is blank. + I've seen quite a few other people with the blank profile picture but it seems to only be effecting relatively new accounts. Am I doing something wrong? or is it like just broken.

There is a minimum number of posts required before you can change avatar, believe its above 10, so keep making posts and try again
