Should I look at the Horizontal or Vertical Refresh rate when choosing a monitor?

I want to get a 75HZ monitor and I found the ASUS VZ249HE
In the specifications it says Horizontal Refresh rate 30-80 KhZ and Vertical Refresh Rate 56-76 HZ. What actual refresh rate am I going to be able to use on my computer and in my games?

Vertical scan (refresh) rate is the one that corresponds to what most people refer to as monitor refresh rate. Supported refresh rate for that monitor depends on resolution, for 1080p it only supports up to 60 Hz.
