After resetting my pc I can't oc as high as I used to on my monitor

My monitor is the VP228 by ASUS and before I restarted my pc I had the nvlddmkm-patcher and I was able to overclock my monitor from 60 to 75hz. But now I can only overclock to 70hz and I have installed the nvlddmkm-patcher and I'm updated on all of my drivers.

Oh I found the problem on CRU I was doing LCD standard instead of LCD reduced.
