Is this budget monitor good for gaming?

I've been thinking about getting this budget monitor (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071784D4R/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_iKcfBbSBS08XS) over a more expensive gaming monitor, is this a good idea? Or is there a better budget monitor?
Edit: forgot to mention my specs : i5-7400, gtx 1060 3gb, 8gb ram

The manufacturer description was truly something cringe worthy. But yea, seems like an okay budget monitor.

Also, hdmi is far superior to DVI. I'd be more worried about the lack of DP but then again this is a budget monitor and hdmi is absolutely fine.
