BSoD error, UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION

Hi everyone,
I had purchased my Dell 7567 in the August of last year. I cannot replace or use my warranty to fix this.
My device was fine in the beginning until a required BIOS update started causing freezes and BSoDs.
I then reinstalled windows 10 erasing all data and downgrading the BIOS which seemed to solve the problem for a while.
I now have these problems again. The device freezes randomly while doing day-to-day work and I get BSoDs also.
I just installed BlueScreenView to analyse these dump files and saw they were mainly caused by ntoskrnl.exe and sometimes NTFS.SYS .
Please help me solve these issues and I am prepared to provide you with anything you require.

Yesterday's dump file;

ntfs = new technology file system. I have seen that in relation to hard drive problems before

Try running free version of HDTune on your hard drive, look on the health tab which shows its SMART score (SMART = Self Monitoring & Reporting Tool)

Don't dell's come with a diagnostic tool?

there should be a tab called health, the scores for each are on along side each test and just say OK or warning etc

I know that dell thing is slow, I ran it on my mums Dell a few weeks ago. It is meant to check for new drivers as well. This error could just be software.

I was just confirming it was alright. the unexpected store exceptions both said hardware.disk as potential cause.

My normal approach is to blame drivers but if bsod says hardware, i have to be sure.

trying to work out if its normal to run Intel SATA Storage Device RAID Controller driver if you only have an ssd installed. I know I have read that running Intel rapid storage drivers can help with ssd, but not sure about RAID. Your pc isn't only one I seen it on recently so might be reading too much into its presence. It is only sata driver I can see but they might be part of windows now.

in case it is a driver thats just not showing its face, try running Driver verifer

note: sometimes this will put you into a boot loop so it helps to have a win 10 installer handy to get out again. Download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB

Also helps to run system restore before hand to create a backup to roll back to if necessary. This is good backup.

driver verifer

read the instructions carefully. It is part of win 10 designed to find misbehaving drivers. It will cause BSOD, that is its job since it tests drivers.

Once it bsod, upload the minidump file and we see what it shows us.

I'm sorry I'm replying so late. It's just that I'm not at my house right now and I have no usable USB drives for this purpose. Can i get back to you on that?
On another note, I installed two drivers recently, Intel Management Engine and my Nvidia graphics card driver and now my laptop does not sleep properly.
It goes to sleep, and after a few minutes comes back on, but with the screen still off still draining my battery. I have since then downgraded to my previous graphics driver and uninstalled the Intel driver completely since there was no previous version. Any idea about this?
Oh and I also had 2 more BSoDs on the 10th and 11th June also, which were also caused by ntoskrnl.exe told by BlueScreenView.

If you share the minidump files created by Bluescreenview, we can try to figure out what caused BSOD as it wasn't ntoskrnl

should be in c:\windows\miinidump folder

Have you gone to this page and clicked detect drivers? http://www.dell.com/support/home/au/en/aubsd1/product-support/product/inspiron-15-7567-laptop/drivers as its possible the sleep problem is caused by an old driver. Same for the error I can't figure out... unexpected store exception.

windows update - I have seen that problem before. One thing that might help is click the 1st link on this page and download the Update assistant - https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

It will upgrade your PC to version 1803 of Windows 10.

Thanks colif!
I've updated to Windows 1803, so far most of the windows bugs has disappeared like spotlight no new picture, windows update screen unavailable etc.
I will write back if its BSoD's again.

I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/dxCN.html

File: 070118-8000-01.dmp (Jul 1 2018 - 00:48:05)
BugCheck: [SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)]
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for ntoskrnl.exe
Uptime: 2 Day(s), 12 Hour(s), 41 Min(s), and 06 Sec(s)

My debugger had problems reading this one but it still contains some useful information.

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Did you ever check the ram out?

try downloading and running memtest86 on your ram sticks, 1 stick at a time. Any error count higher than 0 is too many and is a sign ram stick should be replaced/removed

Oldest driver you have installed now is Scarlet Crush, it can cause BSOD so do error happen while playing games?

2nd error I seen recently having problems identifying ntoskrnl which is odd since its the most important part of windows and shouldn't be hard to identify.

I put memtest on a USB and booted from it. Some test started automatically, and completed like 2hrs 30 mins later, not sure if it was the correct test. It showed no errors found on 4 passes of all CPU cores. The htm file below
https://1drv.ms/u/s!AgyTeFwWjFeHh2KpFKIUNBXrp-xc
Not many BSoDs happen during gaming but that was very rarely long back. It usually happens when I'm browsing on Chrome or watching a movie or simple stuff like that. I'll try uninstalling the SCP drivers, I don't use it that often anyway.
