I cant go to any steps in bios..
My account cant recognize my password
My pc got boot loop after using gmer rootkit/malware app
And i want to system restore but my problem is my account cant recognize my log in password

You can change your win 10 password here: https://account.live.com/password/reset

See if resetting it lets windows recognise it.

after resetting my microsoft account password
I still cant use my account inside the bios so i cannot use any steps there
I dont know how to fix this im still in boot loop

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - if you don't have one now. Its a handy boot drive

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose system restore as desired

Do i have to use rufus.exe to make a bootable usb/dvd? For the downloaded iso.file?
Or i can directly use the usb with in it?

And if so not install and just repair, so this mean my files and all data is safe? I dont want format/clean install windows if necessary becoz downloading my files and games was too heavy and takes much data cap and days
