Windows Crashing Randomly with IRQL error

I keep getting BSODs with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and WhoCrashed points to ntoskrnl.exe and ntkrnlmp.exe. I have tried reinstalling Windows, as well as updating drivers, I also ran memtest86 and and had zero errors in the test (4 passes). The error seems to occur randomly, I've got it while watching Twitch Streams and playing games for the most part though. Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the problem?

My specs are as follows:
Ryzen 5 2600x - Not overclocked
ASUS B350F Gaming
Radeon R9 390x
Gskill TridentZ 3200 DDR4 RAM
OCZ Arc 100 120 gb SSD
1 TB Western Digital Hard drive

Ran memtest86 with the 2 RAM modules separately and found errors in one of them, looks like that was the problem and I have to RMA.
