Windows 10 Task Scheduler will not start!!!

Every time I try and start task scheduler it will not start. In the services area i try and click start on Task Scheduler but it will say this: The Task Scheduler service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs. - Please help as i cannot update my drivers through geforce experience and i cannot use task scheduler at all!

Right click the Windows Start button.
Select Command prompt (Admin)
Type: sfc /scanow
If damaged files are reported run up to 3 times to try to repair files.
