Checking for Compatibility

Everything is compatible and you should be fine. However I have a suggestion. Since you are building a new system that supports M2 NVme SSDs, you should take that route instead of choosing a SATA SSD model. The price difference is not too big but the performance difference is large. SATA SSDs are only recommended in cases where you have an old system or you need a lot of capacity (1-2TB), in which case M2 SSDs are not affordable at the moment, but this situation will certainly change in the future. Good luck.

What M.2 would you recommend? Im just looking for one to use as a Boot Drive, since the high prices.

Here are some recommendations => https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-ssds,3891.html. Other good options include Samsung 960/970 evo and Intel 760p provided that you can find them somewhere at an affordable price. Finally keep in mind that there are SATA M2 SSDs that in reality are SATA SSDs not M2 NVme and you should avoid them. Good luck.
