Any cool Utility Programs?

I have been using Classic Start on all my computers for a little while now and was wondering if anyone had any other cool suggestions for utility programs for windows I can use?

I guess you are talking about Windows customization type of utilities?

[Rainmeter] allows you to add desktop gadgets / widgets / skins to your desktop. These are usually meters which show system stats such as disk space, cpu usage, weather, clocks, etc.
