How much is my PC Worth?

I'm thinking about selling an extra PC I have lying around. I was going to use it for our home office but I went in another direction and now this thing is just sitting in the closet. How much do you think I can get for it?

It's a fairly new PC, relatively capable. I'd take what you paid for it (aka, the Pcpartpicker price - go there and configure it) and take off maybe -20 to -30% for not-new condition. That'd probably be the upper selling point.

eBay is another OK reference for such things - worst case scenario, just list it. If it sells, great, if it doesn't, well, drop your price a bit and start again.
