Audio Not Working After USB Install

So i was watching MOE get rekt in csgo, and my windows notification bar said some usb thing was installing(i cant remember what it said exactly). And about 5 seconds after that happend, my audio went out. I cant hear ANYTHING.I have windows 10 and i can specify more specs if needed. Please help me

Rt Click the Speaker Icon down by the Time/Date and select Playback devices. Perhaps you just need to set the Default Device back to whatever you have (HD Audio?)
