What should i get and how much can my PC handle?

So Im building my first own PC!

Specs:
i7-8700k
Asus Strix 1080 Ti 11g
16gb ram
500gb ssd
2tb hdd
Kraken x62
Asus Z370F Mainboard


So now im looking for what Monitor i should get, 1440p 144hz? or 1080p 240hz? Or just 1080p 144hz? How much can my PC handle? I mostly play Rainbow Six Siege. Also i would really like G-Sync. Any recommendations or tipps? Thanks in advance! (P.S sorry for bad english)

I'd go 34"+ ultrawide (3440X1440 or 2560x1080) 100hz+ with Gsync.
