I've got water cooler mounted on my cpu, a hyper 212 evo on my graphics chip and as of recently have acquired another one. Is there anything I can mount it to to squeeze out some extra performance?

More cooling only impacts performance if the system is actually throttling due to temp being too high on a particular component.

Reducing the temperature from 70C to 65C (example) brings exactly zero performance benefit.

Which makes me wonder if he is talking about on-board gfx.
