Monitor Upgrade Help

I have to upgrade to a new monitor and have no idea what resolution/hertz refresh rate my display card will be able to run/handle?
Specs:
3.40 Gigabyte Intel Core i7-3770 16Mb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX560 card

Far Cry and Sniper Elite are my preferred game genres.

I would like to go at least a 32" monitor (or bigger), seeking any advice.

With that GPU, I wouldn't suggest exceeding 1080p 60Hz, unless you plan to upgrade soon. Any monitor here: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/monitor/#H=60&r=256001080,192001080&W=3200,5500&T=1,5 would be ideal for your setup. Just know that you will probably need to lower some settings to play some games
