can you go to c:\windows folder
in view, change it to show hidden files and folders
copy the Memory.dmp file from here to documents
upload the copy from documents to a file sharing web site and show a link here.
I will ask someone to convert file so I can read it .

its likely it was caused by GPU drivers but we look see before guessing

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://pste.eu/p/3JJA.html

File: MEMORY.DMP (Jun 16 2018 - 23:31:55)
BugCheck: [DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (133)]
Probably caused by: nvlddmkm.sys (Process: System)
Uptime: 0 Day(s), 0 Hour(s), 02 Min(s), and 26 Sec(s)

The nvlddmkm.sys file is a NVIDIA graphics card driver. There are a few things you can do to fix this problem. First off, try a full uninstall using DDU in Safe Mode then re-install the driver (more information). Or try one of the 3 most recent drivers released by NVIDIA. Drivers can be found here: http://www.nvidia.com/ or you can allow Windows Update to download the driver for you, which might be a older/better version.

Motherboard: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/
Verify the above is correct. You have BIOS version 3.30 (10/31/2017) installed. There is a BIOS update available for your system, it's version 4.70 (2018/3/6). IMPORTANT: If you update, you would have to update to version 3.4 first, read the instructions on the page. Note: Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

I can't help you with this. Wait for additional replies. Good luck.

Thank You. I have already tried updating the drivers using the ddu and nvida site but ill try the windows route and see if that gives me any luck.

https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/398.11/398.11-win10-win8-win7-desktop-release-notes.pdf I also found this on line with the driver update. Notice page 14 the 5th bullet down. Does this mean basically my gpu drivers just aren't able to use with my motherboard/cpu or is there some sort of work around?
