New pc flickering

Hi so my new pc has been flickering lately i dont know what to do maybe its because i still dont have a graphucs card but i dont know... what do you guys think

if your using the onboard ipgpu make sure the mb bios is up to date and the mb chipset and vga driver. in the bios see if the ipgpu has a speed setting that causing the rolling. if there a speed setting try setting it as high as it goes the same for the video ram.
