Not getting any options for display resolutions on my 4k tv hooked up to computer

As the title describes I have a 4k tv hooked up to my computer and I wanted to display the computer resolution in 4k however when I enter my display properties in windows it doesn't have anything in the drop down boxes and they are locked https://gyazo.com/6bc21f21018e9b4b3b10478f5893875a
I also looked at AMD Radeon settings to see if I could change it there. I selected custom resolution and tried to create one with these settings

however when I selected save it gave me this message
"The custom resolution settings are not compatible with this display. Reconfigure your settings and try again."
specs:
RX 480 4 gb msi
Ryzen 7 1700x
16 gb ddr4 ram
B350-F Asus motherboard
Sony X690E 4k TV connected via hdmi 2.0
I also have a Acer freesync monitor hooked up to the GPU along with my television via Displayport
I've tried to change these resolution settings while only the TV was selected and it's set as display 2
in windows display settings.

Latest drivers. And From within Display Settings, select 'Advanced Display Settings', then 'Display Adapter Properties'. Click 'List All Modes'

What drivers should I update exactly?
