Problem with idk what is going on

Soo i was watching youtube then youtube error ok i reloaded the site and no sound then suddenly avast stopped working. I scanned the pc with antivirus but nothing sound aint loading idk what is going on now avast says UI failed to load

Now windows is restarting more then 2 min im running windows from ssd
