browsers using cpu

whenever i start my pc after some time i find the browsers like chrome or firefox using 30% - 40 % of my cpu sometinmes even more but i dont even turn them on to browse. after i end the process in task manager the usage goes down. but its annoying to do this everytime. please suggest a solution

TRIED ALL THAT . it didnt work . and it also can't be normal usage because i have ryzen 5 cpu and even my games dont utilize more than 60%
