Stuck on windows 10 blue logo

My computer was functioning fine untill today, when I tried to turn on my computer, the windows 10 blue logo appears and loads forever.

My computer has multiple systems (windows 10, windows 10 and windows 7.)

I can’t get into automatic repair, which some people stated that it can fix your issue, but I could get into the recovery section.

I can’t get into safe mode. (The same thing happens)

I’ve also tried to reset BIOS and boot into >last known good<.

Can you boot with a Linux LiveCD?

Test the memory with memtest86+.

Motherboard may be going bad.

Specs of the computer would help.

Motherboard: GA-G31M ES2L
CPU: No idea. It’s VERY old.
GPU: GTX780Ti
HDD: 200GB~
Power supply: CODEGEN 400w
RAM: 4gb.

Don’t judge my specs, there’s a big bottleneck here haha.

I don’t have a way to run memtest86+ because I don’t have an another computer.

Like you said, my motherboard might be going bad because it’s a very old computer and it keeps breaking, having problems.

I can but the shipping times are so long at my place, it takes a month for something to get shipped to here. :/
