FPS Lock at 55

I installed Dxtory and locked the fps at 55 to see if there was any visual difference between 60 and 55, well i left it locked at 55 then later on I factory reset my computer. Now all of my games are locked at 55, I even reinstalled Dxtory and tried to set it back up at 60 but it's not working.

Just need to get fps lock off.

Go to Display properties and advanced settings. See if this program has added a new entry in your display refresh rate. (eg 55 hz). Roll it back to 60hz. I wonder why you had to use a software when you can lock the fps through nvidia or amd radeon settings

I'm not finding display entries
