Unusual high CPU usage

Can someone tell me what is going on here? That's not normal I think.

You might have downloaded something from a malicious website which has installed a bitcoin miner. If your computer is idling i.e. it's not doing anything and your getting 100% cpu usage, then it's a good bet someone is using your computer to mine bitcoins. These can be a bit tricky to remove. Use malwarebytes free to see if that can remove it. If not, look for solutions online on how to remove them.

Could be I downloaded something from some shady website I don't know. Malwarebytes couldn't find anything. Windows Update is on the newest version.

Open your task manager and go to processes. You should be able to see which program is using all the cpu's resources. Post a screenshot if you find one that is unusally high.

We can't tell from your screen shot. I see 71% CPU usage, but the only thing I see using the CPU is Steam and "MSI activeX service". You have to have other things using your CPU, but they aren't shown in the pic. You need to order it by CPU % so we can see whats using it.
