This is my error code. It isn't a heat issue, gpu sits around 32 degrees Celsius, the cpu goes to 70-80 while gaming. I have put new ram in, did fresh install of windows several times. replaced the PSU, I am guessing now its either my motherboard (Gigabyte GA78lmt-usb3) or my amd fx8730e. Any advice or tips?

Actually my computer is using a set of bios that is very wrong. Not even an option for my motherboard it is using dell bios, I cannot change them, when I launch either the bios or try to launch the gigabyte utility tool it fails. For bios it says contact your manufacturer for a version for your pc. for the utility tool it says cannot release to failure
