Newly built pc running latest version of Windows 10 randomly crashes and is stuck at a blank screen. Pc won't turn off unless I turn off the PSU. Power button does nothing. Happens randomly and don't know how to fix it. Or what's wrong with it.

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix b350-f
CPU: Ryzen 5 1600
RAM: Gskill 3200mhz DDR4
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070
Storage: Samsung NVMe SSD 970 evo
PSU: Corsair CX650M

BIOS wasn't updated so I did that.
Samsung Magician is up to date
Temperatures are about 41 - 51 C

So I just updated BIOS, i'm going to use the PC as normal until it crashes again and i'll get back to this if it does.

Ok few hours later, it's still crashing

ok i will try that right now.
And I have the G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 2 x 8GB DDR4-3200 PC4-25600 CL16 Dual Channel Desktop Memory Kit F4-3200C16D-16GVKB

Ran memtest and no errors came up. Could this be because of the RAM not being compatible?
