Computer Going into sleep mode randomly

So it doesn't happen at a certain time, but my computer will randomly go into sleep mode out of nowhere. The screen goes dark for a second, audio is then returned but no display is to be seen.
Solutions I have already tried:
-Using a different monitor
-Using a different GPU
-Updating every driver
-Taken cables all out and put them back in
-Taken out CMOS battery
-Replaced cables
-Used a different display option (Instead of HDMI I used VGA, but the problem persisted.
-Unplugged all PSU cables, and reinserted.
-Removed ram and reinserted
-Replaced thermal paste
-Reinstalled windows 10
-Flashed BIOS
-Turned off C6 in BIOS
-Turned off instant start in BIOS
I've done nearly everything and there still seems to be nothing that works. My Current setup is an i5 4690k non OC, GTX 670 2gb, 12gb GDDR3 ram, 1920X1080 60Hz 1ms Asus Monitor, and 750w Silencer power supply (dont know the brand).

Did you check the Power & Sleep settings? The "sleep" setting is turned on in a fresh install of Windows 10.

Yea I changed all the power setting and PCIE power settings to off/never
