Going from RAID0 SSD Win 7 to Win 10 no RAID SSD

Given that the RAID is giving me some occasional errors but no gain in performance, I want my next install to be RAID-free.

My backup tool is Acronis True Image Home 2011.

Also, I have multiple hard drives and most of my documents are on others besides C:\

I don't really mind losing installed programs since the registry has become really heavy over the years.

What's the easiest clean-install path for me, while preserving as much of my documents as possible?

I would perform a clean install on the disk that is currently your C: drive or maybe use a new SSD and use the disks you have as storage.
I suggest you don't use Acronis 2011 on Windows 10, is not compatible.

How do I preserve my user profile's access to files and such? There is no "briefcase" wizard anymore, like in the good old win'98 days...

Clean install, and accept the reality of losing your 'user profile'.

Documents on the other drives won't be touched. You'll be doing this clean install with the other drives disconnected.

You could Windows Easy Transfer (WET), which allows you to choose any or all of the profiles on Windows 7 and then transfer them to Windows 10
