My computer currently has sound problems after Windows 10 Update today.

Just several minutes ago, I just finished installing a Windows 10 Update on my computer(on 6/25/2018) and now my computer absolutely has no sounds at all while it still acts as if my speakers are still recognized. Even with my computer volume at maximum, still no sound.

I've tried everything to fix this problem on my own(restarting my computer, reinstalling my sound drivers,etc.) but still nothing.

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your motehrboard. Try a repair install. You might also want to backup your (critical)content and then reinstall your OS after recreating your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tool.
