OK this is going to be long and ranty this started over a month ago now I was playing FFXIV getting ready for my raid and my computer had a catastrophic shut down with grey lines and noise distortion included tried to reboot and it would get to the windows loading screen and then go black after that. No boot noise or anything so it in hind sight probably wasn't that video card however I can say weather or not as the two are related. So after reformating the hard drive pulling out My 7770 HD and plopping in a 3600 HD I had laying around I got it functional. Ordered a RX 560 AERO ITX from msi. put it in installed the display driver that was current had the exact same issue. after doing some reading on the drivers and vulkan I tried going to the base driver for the RX 560 and everything seemed fine for a while. Cut to 5 days ago and my computer has started rebooting under gpu load, and not reliably either sometimes i can play a game for 2-3 hours with no issue sometimes a minute after I boot the game it happens I have been using warframe as a base. It really is random. After this started I got the proper driver that recently released installed. It kept happening. I most recently have Done a driver wipe and reinstall of the current driver with DDU also throughout this whole affiar ive tried every combination of underclocking the gpu and its power draws, even overclocking which dont really seem to effect it too much. I'm kind of pulling my hair out at this point. I'll add a copy of the kernel error and my DXDIAG ANY DIRECTION WILL BE APPRECIATED

Its a CX600M from corsair and no nothing is overclocked. I just recently had it shut off and I had to open up the case and reseat the power connectors to get it to turn back on. the psu fans spun up every time i tried to start it. So im still not convinced its the power supply.
But it was like the supply wasn't giving power to the mobo

Edit: As a note when i tried to restart it the psu fan came on, lights on the motherboard came on, but the cpu, gpu and case fans did not spin up.

The 41 error can be from a bad power supply or bad video card, maybe motherboard but a bit less likely. Since you are having issued with multiple cards, I'd contact Corsair for a replacement power supply if it's in warranty.

Could not tell you if all those look normal, don't know how much out of spec the voltages can be rated and still be OK. I'd start with Corsair if you don't have a spare PSU or one you can borrow.
