PC boots but no display

MB: Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
RAM: 2x4GB DDR3
GPU: Sapphire HD 7950
SDD: 250GB
HDD: 1TB
PS: Thermaltake tr2 600W

I have changed hdmi cords and display works with other systems.
I have switched around the ram cards to different placements.
I have taken gpu out and put it back in.
Believe it may be power supply or ram.

What CPU do you have?

If you have a newer intel cpu you might be able to try to use integrated GPU on the CPU to rule out the external GPU as an issue.

the power supply you have is not a good unit. they have a high failure rate.

Thanks guys! I have an intel i5-6198DU. I had a feeling it was the power supply.
