Windows 10 Glitch Randomly

I downloaded a Windows 10 Sistem on my friands pc...And at first everything is fine for a while but than as he described a update happened and than his pc windows started doing weird stuff(it started to glitch randomly).For example:he was playing a game and than the game Just glitched when he exited the game his windows looked to be normal but the clock was stuck at the exact time of the glitch(didnt show correct time)And when he tried entering any application even Windows Settings It just did nothing.
I know that his system can handle windows 10
Specs of that System
Inter Core2Duo 3.50GHz
6 GB Ram DDR2
Nvidia GT 650 1.5GB
400W PSU

There a few things to be considered including:

> Windows is downloaded from a Trusted Source.

> Windows is activated.

> Windows has all the updates installed.

> All the device drivers, especially graphic driver, are updated to their latest version.

If all of the above points are true, you can try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it fixes the issue.
