Best budget 1044p 144hz monitor

I've decided to buy a 1440p 144hz monitor, but since there are so many options I don't know which one should I choose. I'd like to keep it under 500$. Please help.

There are cheaper options but there under 27" and I wouldn't recommend them due to such a small size.

cpu: intel i7 7700k
mobo: asrock z270 extreme 4

So with a Nvidia GPU you would want a Gsync monitor, this helps eliminate screen tearing.
