ryzen 3 2200g vs i5 6400- make a new build or replace parts

I'm looking to upgrade my gaming PC. Currently, i have this https://www.amazon.com/Dell-Inspiron-i3650-3132RED-Desktop-GeForce/dp/B01617UJFQ and I got it a year ago (idk i wasn't allowed to build). I've been wanting to upgrade for a while because I knew of the severe bottleneck. I'm thinking of making a new build with the ryzen 3 2200g. I'm just wondering if it's worth to buy a ryzen 3 2200g if i already have a i5-6400. If i were to keep my intel processor, i was thinking of getting the gtx 1060 3 or 6 gb and new ram, case, psu and storage. Should I replace my i5-6400 with a ryzen 3 2200g or use that 100$ somewhere else? My budget is 400$. Games are Fortnite, OW, CS:GO and Rocket League.

Replace the PSU in that Dell and grab a 1060 6GB. You won't get any faster with a Ryzen 3 2200g.

Case doesn't fit a power supply so I'm gonna either get https://pcpartpicker.com/product/shtWGX/corsair-case-cc9011086ww or https://pcpartpicker.com/product/ZHmxFT/fractal-design-focus-g-black-atx-mid-tower-case-fd-ca-focus-bk-w to get the power supply. Thanks for the response
