How to make Game UI in 4K monitor SMALLER?

I've searched the net and it seems that everyone's problem is having too small UI in theri game in 4k. However for me, the scale of the UI remains the same as in 1080. So how do i make the UI smaller at 4k resolution because i want tiny UI gaming in 4K.

It really depends on the game. Some games have this as a feature built in. Some do not. If it doesnt, I highly doubt there is any program that can change this for you. As the program would need to be able to detect GUI of the game to increase it... It would have to be customized to that specific game.

Now in Windows it's self its possible to increase the icon sizes, or scaling but I dont think they will give you the results you are looking for in game.

Did you change the Windows graphics setting "scale and layout" to something other than 100% (recommended)? This setting will affect some games causing large text and even cut off some graphics.
