audio channeling problem

I have a hyperx cloud stinger and it works fine when i plug it in my windows 7 laptop but when i plug it in my windows 10 desktop it stops channeling properly, both left and right keep on playing at the same time, I am not sure if my OS is the only problem because in my desktop I am using a sound blaster Z.

I have tried updating all my drives icluding updating my BIOS

can anyone pls help

This is my build
Cpu - Intel core i5-7400
GPU - zotac 1080 amp
Motherboard - GA - Z170X gaming 3
PSU - seasonic 620 +80 bronze
Sound card - sound blaster Z
Headphone - hyperx cloud stinger

Now this is my problem, my stinger no longer outputs the correct audio, the left and right chamber always play at the same time when I plugged into my build but when using my laptop it outputs just fine
