I wrote it that way because it is an incomplete box of parts.

Either add the other relevant bits...drives, CPU...and sell it for more money.
Or sell it as individual pieces, and gain far more money.

Nope, sounds about right for used mystery parts that don't combine to make a PC. No CPU or hard drive, so it's an awkward mix of parts of varying quality. And you're exaggerating; 2x8 GB of DDR4-3000 can be found now for $150-$160; used mystery RAM of an unknown speed isn't going to be around $250.

How much it can sell for might depend a lot on how you intend to sell it, and what the market for pre-owned PCs is like in your area, so it might be difficult to make an accurate suggestion. Is a drive with an OS going to be included, or is that something the buyer would have to add? Particularly if it's an incomplete system, selling parts individually might potentially be more profitable.
