well personally I would want to go with the larger screen making sure its 1080p, you may want to check Dells website as well they sometime have refurbished monitors that are really good for cheap and have a warranty

i found 24 inch monitor led 1080p for 60$ and get it
there one problem there is no hdmi only dvi and vga so i got active adapter
and i spend 70$ for it good deal ?? (its used monitor )
Well I'm hope you mean you spent $10 for adapter and $60 for the monitor so total of $70, I think that pretty good because I believe Dell has 100 day warranty on the monitor if you find it does have an issue once you get it.

yes this what i mean i test the screen its very good with colors and every thing else for warrary i got 30 days
