Bubbles on Monitor

I have a 10 year old TN monitor. I probably have over 20,000 hours of screen time on it. Recently some white bubbles have started to appear and they keep spreading over time. Is there any way to clean it or should I get a new monitor ? Links for pictures.

Is it on the outside of the monitor? If yes, you can clean it. If not, no you can't clean it.
