move chrome windows around

When I click Chrome, and there are around 10 or fewer windows, they appear like the image below. I'd like to move some around, they don't move though. Is there a way?

Those are the icons on the task bar indicating that you've started multiple copies of Chrome. Use tabs instead and your problem is solved.
