Installed 2nd DDR4

I used my computer's BIOS to find the serial number for the 8gb DDR4 ram stick the computer came with, and then I bought an identical twin from the internet. The only difference between the two is that the one I bought was produced a few weeks prior to the one I had already.
The serial number is M471A1G43DB0-CPB from Samsung.
I first installed in DIMM1 and tested with BIOS Memory Extensive check, Memtest86 and then Prime95; both cards show equal performance independently, with zero errors. I have used CPU-Z, HWiNFO64, BIOS etc. and I am getting the numbers I am supposed to be getting: 2133MHz or 1066MHz, 16GB or 15.9GB, 2 ranks etc. All the numbers describing the details of the cards are the same, as I expected. However, my PC feels slower than before. Maybe I'm looking at the wrong numbers? If I wanted to take an objective measurement of how fast my PC with one card vs. twin cards, what numbers should I be looking at?

Yes, I am getting the same JEDEC speeds for both:

Eh, when it comes to upgrading, RAM isn't the best choice. It doesn't help with performance that much unless you don't have enough RAM for what you're doing, in which case you'd get extreme, near unusable stuttering.

the user experience on the os is for the total of your system and give the result for the lower part as for the ram you havethem work in dual channel so it is a +over single one could you post a picture of the experience result test page .

Understood. Thank you
However, I'm still concerned because my PC has been feeling slower than before.

As others have said, unless you are running out of RAM capacity, adding more doesn't really do anything. You are however getting dual-channel instead of single channel which can make some apps run a little quicker. If you like, why not run a memory benchmark like the ones contained in Sisoft's SANDRA suite. You should notice a difference in memory bandwidth when comparing one single stick vs running two sticks. Again, only some apps will actually show real world performance gains... There is a free version of SANDRA (the "Lite" free version) available here: https://www.sisoftware.co.uk/download-lite/
