Is this File safe?

I would like to use this program, but I am not sure if it is safe. It scanned virus free using Norton, but on VirusTotal this is what it showed: http://prntscr.com/k2y9qb
I don't know if these or false positives or not! Help would be appreciated.

Judging by fact Bit defender, Avast & AVG all think its safe, I would trust their engines more than 3 I have never heard of.

They aren't 100% accurate but the bigger names seem to have better detection engines. and more up to date information.

There is a risk associated with installing most programs, I would download hitman Pro and scan the file as a 3rd opinion before installing it.
