Scrambling is the best word I have for it, here is a screenshot for what I mean.
I have never seen anything like this, so I have no idea how to go about fixing it. This has been occurring maybe once a week for the past 2 months.
But just a note, when this does happen, the icons scramble themselves intermittently maybe every 15 seconds.
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
